Welcome to Pikadditions. We provide AI video generation that adds people and objects into your videos. Due to the nature of our digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. This policy outlines our stance on refunds and the limited circumstances under which we may consider them.

Refund Eligibility

Our service involves the processing of user-provided content and AI-generated videos, which is typically non-reversible. We do not offer refunds for:

a. Change of Mind: Deciding not to use our services after purchase.

b. Unused Services: Choosing not to generate videos after purchasing credits.

Refund Requests

In exceptional circumstances, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at hi@aihugvideo.org. Each request will be reviewed individually.

When requesting a refund, please provide:

a. Your full name

b. Email address associated with your Pikadditions account

c. Date of purchase

d. Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request promptly. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. In cases of significant technical issues preventing video generation, and if we cannot provide a solution, we may consider a refund.

For accidental duplicate charges, contact us immediately. We will work with our payment partner, Stripe.com, to refund any duplicate charges promptly.
